Job Description :

Responsibilities:

To attend day to day service activities.
New protocol standardization and validation.
Provide field service support including validation, troubleshooting and etc.
Handle customer complaints on services.
Conduct technical class and service training to customers, End-users and marketing team.
Travelling is required when necessary.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Civil.
2-4 years of experience in Material or Food testing laboratory.
Experience in customer service management and service documentation
Possess good presentation skills and good command of English
Able to work independently under tight timeline and multi-tasking
Good negotiation skills and customer focus
Team player and ability to work within multi racial environment
